As you make departing travel arrangements, please consult your
program agenda for the time your program will conclude, but
generally the programs, including a graduation ceremony and
luncheon, end by 1:30 PM.
Disney is now offering Magical Express Service. This exclusive
complimentary shuttle and luggage delivery service takes you from Orlando International Airport
directly to your Disney Resort - and back to the airport at the
end of your stay. The service also offers expedited airline
check-in process for return domestic flights on selected airlines.
Based
on the provided flight information, each guest will receive a
transportation departure notice on the day prior to check-out
advising of the motor coach pick-up time. Departure time is
usually 3 hours prior to the flight departure.
The Resort Airline Check-in Service allows guests to check luggage
and receive airline boarding passes at their Disney Resort. At
this time, remote check-in service is only available for guests
flying domestically on the following airlines: American,
Continental, Delta and United. The dedicated
check-in desks will be located in or near the lobby or outside the
resort entrance and are open from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Guests do not
have to utilize Disney's Magical Express Service to take advantage
of the Resort Airline Check-in. Guests may check-in up to 12 hours
prior to their scheduled flight departure time and no later than
three hours prior to their scheduled departure time.

Remember that all reservations for Disney's Magical Express
Service must come through Florida Unlimited Incentives, Inc.
Bell
Service gratuities are included for the inbound service only.
Gratuities are not included if you elect to use Bell Services for
luggage assistance when departing.
If
you are traveling to Orlando International Airport (MCO) by taxi,
we recommend leaving 2 ½ hours before your flight. If you are
using Mears Transportation, schedule at least 3 ½ hours for
domestic and 4 hours for international flights. For assistance,
please contact Mears Transportation directly the day before your
departure at (407) 423-5566 to schedule a pick-up time. You may
also pre-arrange your transportation by private sedan or limousine
