Walt Disney World is now offering Disney's Magical Express Service.
This exclusive complimentary shuttle and luggage delivery
service takes you from
Orlando
International
Airport directly to your Disney Resort
- and back to
Orlando
International
Airport at the end of your stay.
The service also offers expedited airline check-in process
for return domestic flights on selected airlines.
How
does it work?
You
must give Florida Unlimited Incentives your flight information as
soon as possible. You
will receive in the mail an Airport Transportation Booklet
containing general information and special luggage tags which you
have to attach to your checked luggage before departure.
Upon
arrival at
Orlando
International
Airport, make your way through the interior of the airport to the
Disney
Airport
Welcome
Center
on the ground floor in Terminal B.
You
will enjoy complimentary motor coach transportation to your Disney
Resort while your luggage goes straight from the plane to your
room. After you
arrive at your Disney Resort, your luggage will be delivered
directly to your room.
Alternately,
you may collect your luggage before going to the Disney Welcome
Center.
At
the end of your stay, you will enjoy the same convenience of
Disney's Magical Express Service from your Disney Resort to
Orlando
International
Airport
.
Guests
cannot book a Disney's Magical Express Service reservation upon
arrival at the airport. We
recommend providing us your flight information at least 21 days
prior to arrival.
The
hours of operation for the
Disney
Welcome
Center
at the airport are from
6 a.m.
to
11 p.m.
but those hours will be extended to meet the flights of all guests
who have booked Disney's Magical Express Service, even if a flight
is scheduled to arrive after
11 p.m.
The
Welcome
Center
will also closely follow arrival information for flights that may
be delayed.
Based
on the provided flight information, each guest will receive a
transportation departure notice on the day prior to check-out
advising of the motor coach pick-up time.
This pick-up time is usually 3 hours prior to the scheduled
flight departure.
Bell
Service gratuities are included for the inbound service only.
Gratuities are not included if you elect to use Bell Services for
luggage assistance when departing.
The
Resort Airline Check-in Service allows guests to check luggage and
receive airline boarding passes at their Disney Resort.
At this time, remote check-in service is only available for
guests flying domestically on the following airlines: American,
Continental, Delta and United.
The dedicated check-in desks will be located in or near the
lobby or outside the resort entrance and are open from
6 a.m.
to
2 p.m.
Guests do not have
to utilize Disney's Magical Express Service to take advantage
of the Resort Airline Check-in.
Guests may check-in up to 12 hours prior to their scheduled
flight departure time and no later than three hours prior to their
scheduled departure time.
Of
course, Florida Unlimited Incentives, Inc. still offers private
transportation at $75.00 one way for a luxury sedan and $130.00
for a limousine.
Also, the Mears Transportation shuttle service is available at
$32.00 per adult/$24 for children under 12, round trip.

Disney Institute programs held at Disneyland, CA.
